Everything Has A Specific Frequency

All the material objects around you are vibrating to its own natural frequency at its very atomic core. Every atom of everything, such as a chair, car, your brain, heart, knee, etc. are all vibrating at its own unique frequency, which in turn vibrate together with the other atoms and cells around it to form unique whole objects. They vibrate together as a cohesive unique frequency. Also sounds you hear vibrate at their own unique frequency and the color of the light you see also vibrates at its own frequency (which is about 40 octaves higher than sound). Thoughts have an even higher yet subtler vibration than matter, sound or light. You don’t normally see objects vibrate, because they are vibrating at such a high rate, that they appear solid. When you get even higher vibrations, the objects appear invisible, such as air, sound or thoughts. You may not see them, but you know they are there, for without them, you would not function. Day in and day out a multitude of frequencies are bombarding you. From radio frequencies to cell phones to microwaves and fluorescent lights. You also can feel the frequencies emitted by other people such as emotions of love, compassion, anger, jealousy and kindness. Obviously some of these frequencies are beneficial and some are hazardous. If you are continuously around "negative" harmful frequencies they will start to degrade the frequencies within your body and over time will cause you to have dis-ease. On the flip side being around "positive" frequencies of love, compassion and kindness and supportive situations will help you avoid dis-ease or help you increase your frequency to get yourself out of dis-ease and back on track to being in a state of God-given balance and health. Your body stores these various "negative" frequencies, such as stresses from the environment, emotions from how we interact with society, other individuals or thoughts we have about ourselves. These various stresses get stored in the connective tissues of your body and over time cause the many symptoms you may have. Issues such as stiff neck, upset stomach, arthritis, backaches, sciatica and the list goes on and on. You may have noticed that people may react totally different to various stresses. Such as two people which are exposed to a flu virus. One person may catch the flu virus and the other does not. Why? The reason is that one person's overall frequency level is lower than the normal average of a healthy person, which is between 62Hz and 72Hz. There immune system is weakened and this leaves them susceptible to the virus. The person who did not catch the virus was still exposed to it, but the body and immune system was strong enough to fight it off without you being affected and getting symptoms., or the virus would not have even been able to enter your body. This has everything to do with your frequency level and your emotions, attitudes, beliefs and how you react to situations. The most important thing to keep in mind is this happens whether you are consciously aware or unconsciously aware of it. All of your habits, "good" or "bad" are stored within the subconsious (unconscious) mind. Whatever is stored there, you no longer are consciously aware of it yet it can strongly control or affect your life. An example of an unconscious act is driving a car. When you first learn how to drive, it takes much conscious effort and concentration to drive correctly and safely. But as you practice more and more, it gets easier and requires less effort and concentration to accomplish. Over time you may not even be aware of the things you do to drive and may even have a time where you have drove a distance, and at the end of the drive, you may not even have remembered "actually" driving or how you go there. This is the unconscious mind taking over for you so you can be freed up for more important tasks to be consciously aware of and allow you to focus more intently on that other task. This is considered a "good" habit. The same thing happens to create a "bad" habit. It takes 21 days to create or undo a habit. The idea of course is to undo the "bad" habits and replace them with more beneficial ones. To learn more
